Refund policy

All products are made to order. Production begins immediately after your order is placed.

EU Customers Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. However, this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized items (Article 16(c)). Since all our products are printed on demand specifically for each order, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal.

In case of a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

US & International Customers All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
